Activity. Intentscanner is an AI subscription service: it finds demand signals (messages from people who are looking for a service) in public Telegram chats that the client's account is a member of, and forwards those messages to the client. The terms on which the service is provided are agreed with each client in a contract.

Use of the site. The site is informational in nature. By visiting the site you agree to use it in good faith: not to disrupt its operation, not to copy its content for resale, and not to present material from the site as your own.

Intellectual property. The texts, images, logo and design of the site belong to the owner. Use of this material without permission is not allowed; permission can be requested by email. The Telegram trademark belongs to Telegram FZ-LLC; Intentscanner is an independent service and is not affiliated with Telegram.

Liability. The owner endeavours to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date; the site may nevertheless contain inaccuracies or out-of-date data, which are corrected as they are found. Example messages on the site are marked as examples. Case-study figures reflect real deployments; the result for any individual client depends on their niche and their market and is not guaranteed.

Applicable law. Spanish law applies to this site. Disputes are heard by the courts of the owner's place of registration, unless the law provides otherwise for consumers.
