A. About the service and the category
1. What is Intentscanner?
Intentscanner is a service for AI monitoring of demand signals in Telegram chats. Intentscanner finds messages in open chats from people with an intent to buy a service and forwards them to businesses the moment they are posted. You see the request “looking for a real estate agent in Valencia” seconds after it is written, and you answer first.
2. What is a demand signal, and how is it different from a lead?
A demand signal is a message from a person who is looking for a service right now: “recommend an immigration lawyer”, “who does insurance for a visa?”. Unlike a “lead”, this is not a contact card from an ad form and not a record from a purchased database: we do not collect or sell personal data. We deliver you a public request the moment it appears – and from there you answer the person directly, in the same chat where they asked. Most often several other experts will be answering the person at the same time as you, so the potential client will most likely carry on the conversation with whoever gives a good answer first. The opposite happens too: a person is looking for a very rare service – then you may turn out to be the only provider, and a “match” happens.
3. What is real-time demand matching, and how is it different from advertising?
It is the joining of two intents heading towards each other at exactly the right second: a person wants to find a provider, and a business wants to be found. People post requests in chats precisely so that someone answers them; Intentscanner makes sure you are the one who answers first. Advertising is aimed at the attention of a random person, matching finds the one who posted a request themselves. Matching lets you reframe your offer to fit a person's specific request after they have already put into words what they want. That way you make an offer that answers the request exactly – unlike advertising, where the person has to adjust to yours. The person gets exactly what they asked for – seconds after the request. You get a flow of requests and pick the ones that are easier for you to fulfil.
4. What does a signal I receive look like?
It is a message in your private Telegram chat: the text of the request, the name of the chat and the time. Example: “Looking for a two-bed flat in Valencia as an investment, budget up to 250,000 €” · Digital nomads chat · 14:02. Then you open the original chat and answer the author – there or in private. You will be able to show examples of flats in Valencia, rather than just advertising yourself as a real estate agent in Spain.
5. How is Intentscanner different from mention monitoring (Brand24 and the like)?
Mention monitoring looks for words, Intentscanner looks for intent. Mention systems will send you everything that contains “real estate” – including news and conversations that are beside the point. Our cascading filter with AI analysis tells “looking for an agent, to rent a flat in this area” apart from talk about housing prices – you get requests, not noise.
6. How is it different from chat parsers?
A parser collects everything indiscriminately and hands over a raw flow of messages that you still have to read. Intentscanner hands over the result: only messages with an intent to buy, filtered by AI, in real time and with no duplicates. The difference is like the difference between the catch on the deck and the fish on your plate.
7. How is it different from freelance marketplaces and service platforms?
On a marketplace you compete on bids and pay a commission to the intermediary, and the client chooses from dozens of profiles. A demand signal is direct contact: the person asked in a community, you answered personally, no commission on the job and no competitors' profiles alongside. The subscription is fixed, however many deals you close.
8. How is it different from LeadGenRunner, Devi AI, Telegram Leads Monitor?
In its economics, its focus and its privacy. We are cheaper because we do not process every message with AI: we discard about 99% of non-target messages with preliminary filters, then run what is left through classifiers without AI, and only a tiny fraction goes for intent evaluation. That is why subscription prices are low. Focus: we find the intent to buy in your niche, not any mention of the topic. And we do not store data: the signal is delivered – and deleted.
9. Why is it so cheap if there is real AI inside?
Because AI only switches on where it is needed. The cheap levels of the filter (bot markers, exact words and a lexical prefilter) screen out about 99% of the flow, and less than 1% reaches the language model. You are not paying for millions of messages to be run through a neural network.
10. Is this spam?
No – it is an answer to a request. People write “recommend someone” in a chat so that they get an answer: your answer is the whole point of their message. In many communities the administrators themselves add company representatives, because quick answers from providers make the chat more useful. Intentscanner does not publish anything and does not send anything out – it only shows you where people are looking for you. If you used to go through chats by hand, now Intentscanner finds you communities that need your advice, your service or a word said at the right moment on your topic.
B. How it works – the technical side
11. How does Intentscanner select messages for me?
In several steps – from simple filters to AI analysis. First the service finds obvious requests by the words of your niche – those go out to you instantly. Then it screens out what is not needed: adverts, bot messages, conversations beside the point. And only the messages that look like a request are checked by AI: is this person looking for a service? Only genuine requests reach you – with no noise and no duplicates. The system is tuned to your niche and gets more accurate as it works.
12. How can AI monitoring be cheap if it reads millions of messages?
With a flow of 50,000 messages a day for one client, fewer than 500 will reach the language model. The prefilters have dealt with the rest. This is the basis of the low price – and the reason accuracy does not drop: the first levels are tuned for broad coverage of candidates, and AI filters out the false signals. You only receive verified demand signals.
13. Which chats does the scanner search?
Open Telegram chats your account belongs to: neighbourhood and city communities, topic groups, classifieds chats, expat and relocation communities. Usually a client already belongs to some of the chats they need; during setup we help put together the full list for your niche and city. You build your own list of chats, come to an arrangement with the admins, talk to people. Intentscanner is your tool, one that helps you react to signals faster.
14. What if I don't know which chats my clients are in?
That is part of our job: during setup we will advise you on how to pick chats for your niche and city – topic, neighbourhood, expat – and tell you how to join them. We also advise you on working with Intentscanner.
15. How many chats can I connect?
It depends on the plan: Start – up to 250 chats, Business – up to 500, Scale – up to 1,000. 250 chats is enough to cover a niche in a large city; 1,000 covers a country or several cities at once. If you need more – blocks of 1,000 chats can be added to any plan. If the limit has been used up, nothing gets connected and nothing gets charged automatically: we will let you know, the decision is yours. Across all clients combined, the system processes 500,000 messages a day and more.
16. Can I add and change chats after launch?
Yes, the list of chats is updated all the time: you add new communities yourself, remove inactive ones, connect new cities and topics. And the service itself suggests new chats in your niche: they arrive in a separate private chat – all you have to do is join. This is included in the subscription.
17. Can I change the keywords and the niche?
Keywords and markers inside your niche are something we keep fine-tuning, based on your feedback; that is part of the service. Changing the niche or adding new ones is also possible: every new niche means more demand signals.
18. Does the scanner work with private and invite-only chats?
The scanner reads what your account sees. If you have been accepted into a chat – open or by invitation – the messages from it are processed. On our side we do not “hack” anything and do not get around restrictions: the access is always yours and yours alone. If you consider it right and possible to read a chat, the service will do it; you can also add a chat to the blocklist inside the control bot – then Intentscanner will not read it. Here everything depends on your decision alone.
19. Does it work with channels and comments on posts?
The main mode is chats and groups where people post requests. If there is an open chat linked to a channel's comments – then yes. Intentscanner looks through the chats you join: you join – it reads, you leave – it stops.
20. What languages does it work in?
Any of them. The architecture does not depend on language: keywords and markers are tuned to your market, and AI analysis works with any language – Russian, Spanish, English, German, French and others. Today the main client markets are Spanish-speaking and Russian-speaking communities.
21. How fast do signals arrive?
The moment they are posted: processing takes fractions of a second. A person has written in a chat – the signal is already with you. That speed is what the service is built on: the client goes to whoever answers first.
22. Do signals come through at night as well?
Yes, the scanner works 24/7 – you get signals all the time, especially if your chats are in different time zones. You can mute the group with the signals and go through it in the morning – the signals will stay in the group.
23. Will I get duplicates?
No: deduplication works within a 15-minute window. If a person has posted the same request in five chats – you will receive it once.
24. Are there false positives or missed requests?
Rarely, and the system is tuned in your favour. The first levels of the filter are tuned for broad coverage, AI filters out false candidates by a probability threshold; the threshold and the dictionaries are adjusted for your niche. If something unnecessary came through or something you needed was missed – tell us, we will fine-tune it: we adapt the system to your requirements.
25. Do I need to install anything? Do I need a computer?
No. Everything runs on our infrastructure: you help us connect the account once, and after that you simply receive signals in a private Telegram chat – from your phone or from anywhere.
26. Do I need a separate Telegram account?
No, but you can. Three working setups: the scanner reads chats from your main account (the same chats you see yourself – it just doesn't miss anything); a separate work account for talking to clients (we will help you set one up in ten minutes); or the account of your employee or agent who handles the requests. This is discussed in a personal consultation.
27. What happens if I leave one of the chats?
The scanner will stop seeing it – it only reads what the account sees. If the chat matters for the niche, we will notice it by the drop in signals and suggest that you go back or replace it with a similar one.
28. Does this work in WhatsApp or other messengers?
For now – Telegram only: that is where the open communities are, where people post requests, and where there is a technical way to work legally. WhatsApp is built as a closed system, and there are no legal ways to do the same thing there today. If they appear – we will add it.
C. Legality, privacy, Telegram
29. Is this legal?
Yes. The service reads only open chats – publicly available information, no private correspondence. The mode is strictly passive: reading only, no posting. Processing is built for GDPR: the legal basis is legitimate interest with a documented assessment (LIA), signals are not stored (delivered – deleted; the technical deduplication marker is erased after 15 minutes), processing takes place in the EU. The legal roles are set out in the contract.
30. Doesn't this break Telegram's rules? Will my account get banned?
The scanner only reads the chats the account belongs to – it publishes nothing, sends nothing out and adds no contacts; it performs no unlawful actions and breaches no limits. Telegram's restrictions are aimed at mass mailouts and automated actions; passive reading of your own chats has nothing to do with them. For peace of mind you can use a separate work account – we will help you set one up in ten minutes. In the time the service has been running, none of our clients has been banned. We cannot guarantee Telegram's decisions – which is exactly why we recommend a separate work account.
31. Who is responsible for the data under GDPR – me or Intentscanner?
You are the data controller (responsable del tratamiento), because the scanner works through your account and under your control; Intentscanner is the processor (encargado). This is set out in the service contract together with the obligations of each party. In practice: the data is under your control, we are the technical performer.
32. Do you store people's messages and data?
No. The signal is delivered to your chat straight away and is not saved in the system; auto-deletion is set up in your private chats (usually after a week). Technical deduplication keeps data for 15 minutes. The principle: delivered – deleted.
33. Where is the data physically processed?
The servers are in the Netherlands, in the European Union. For intent analysis the text of the message is passed via API to OpenAI (USA) – under a Data Processing Agreement and under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914. Less than 1% of messages reach the language model; this data is not used for training.
34. Is the data used to train AI?
No. Only the text of the message goes into the AI analysis, and under the API agreement this data is not used to train models. The keywords and settings of your niche are your configuration, and they are not passed to anyone.
35. How safe is it to connect my account?
The session runs under your credentials and your control: you can revoke access and close it at any moment. The scanner has exactly the same rights as you: to read the chats you belong to. Writing, publishing or changing anything on your behalf is technically impossible for it – that is a principle of the architecture.
36. Does the scanner post anything on my behalf?
Never. Reading only. You (or your employee) answer the requests – manually, in your own words. And only from your own device.
37. What if sensitive data comes up in a chat?
The system minimises such processing: the filters are tuned to service requests, not to personal topics; the signal is not stored and goes to you instantly. In higher-risk niches (insurance, legal services) this is backed up by the way the dictionaries are set – the approach under art. 9 GDPR is set out in the contract and the privacy policy. Separately: requests about health, religion and politics are discarded by the filter – we do not process those topics.
38. Does the AI make decisions about people?
No. The AI decides only one thing: whether a message looks like a request for a service. The service makes no automated decisions with legal consequences for people (art. 22 GDPR).
D. Prices, payment, terms
39. How much does Intentscanner cost?
From 42 €/month when paid annually (monthly – from 50 €). Three plans, prices per month when paid annually: Start (1 niche, up to 250 chats) – 42 €; Business (up to 3 niches, up to 500 chats) – 75 €; Scale (up to 9 niches, up to 1,000 chats) – 158 €. Paid monthly, the same plans cost 50, 90 and 190 €. Every plan includes personal consultations with the founder: Start – 30 minutes, Business – 1 hour, Scale – 2 hours a month. The Custom plan, on request: up to 25 niches, chats in blocks of 1,000, custom development on a dedicated server, 4 hours of consultation a month. Prices are shown without VAT: it is added at checkout at your country's rate – more on this in question 71, “What tax gets added to the price?”.
40. What's included in the basic plan?
Up to 250 chats monitored 24/7, one niche with manual tuning of the dictionaries and the matching threshold, AI analysis of intent, real-time delivery of signals to your private group, ongoing maintenance of the system and fine-tuning of the filters, 30 minutes of personal consultation with the founder a month. Consultation hours are calls, reviews and training; fine-tuning of the filters is not part of them; it is part of the service. Unused hours do not carry over to the next month. All new product features come to you at no extra charge for as long as the subscription is active.
41. How much does it cost to add a second niche?
A niche is a separate configured topic: its own dictionary, its own markers, its own threshold (for example, “real estate” and “insurance” are two niches). An additional niche is +20 €/month (with annual payment – 200 €/year), up to 25 per account. A niche added in the middle of a paid year is billed monthly until the renewal date, and at renewal it is included in the annual price. An additional niche covers a new market on the same base of chats.
42. How much does setup cost?
Right now, during the launch period, setup is included in the price of the plan.
43. What do I get by paying annually?
You pay for 10 months instead of 12. The product gets new features every month, and the plans will go up in price – but that increase does not affect the period you have paid for: annual payment locks in your price for 12 months. Renewal is at the price list in force at the moment of renewal. Saving: 100–380 € a year depending on the plan.
44. Is there a trial period or a demo?
There is one demo: a free check of your niche before any payment. We send fresh examples of signals for your market – we show you the goods at their best. There is no separate trial period: tuning for a niche is manual work, so the subscription starts straight away on the plan you choose.
45. How does payment work? Do you issue an invoice?
Two ways, your choice. The first is a card subscription through Paddle: payment goes through on a secure page, the invoice arrives automatically, so does the renewal; you can cancel at any moment. The second is an invoice from a Spanish-registered business, if a bank transfer and a contract on paper suit you better; it works for companies and for individual professionals alike. Tell us which option suits you – we will fit in with your accounting.
46. Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, there is no minimum term: if you don't renew, the subscription simply ends at the end of the paid period. There is nothing to cancel and nobody to call.
47. Can I switch to a different plan?
Yes, in either direction: a second niche has appeared – move up to Business; you have narrowed your geography – go back to Start from the next period. This is a straightforward change – you always have support.
48. Is there a waiting list to get started?
Because the founder sets up each one by hand: chats, dictionaries, threshold, tests – that is hours of work per client, and taking on more would mean setting them up worse. That is why Intentscanner is a personal service with a limited number of new connections. We are counting on a long relationship with every client.
71. What tax gets added to the price?
Prices on the site are shown without VAT – it is added at checkout at your country's rate. EU companies with a VAT number enter it at payment and pay without tax: you account for it under the reverse charge on your side. Everyone else has the local rate added. Subscription payments are taken by Paddle: it acts as the seller on the receipt, issues the invoice that you book as an expense, and files its own returns with the tax authorities in its jurisdiction. Spanish VAT does not concern you under this arrangement, and there is nothing you need to send us afterwards. If you pay by invoice from our Spanish business, the tax is calculated under the rules of Spain and the EU: for EU companies with a VAT number – no tax, under the reverse charge; outside the EU, Spanish VAT is not charged.
E. Who is Intentscanner for?
49. Which businesses is Intentscanner for?
The ones whose service people look for in chats: real estate, insurance (including for residence permits and visas), legal services, delivery and cargo, beauty, tourism, pet services, home services and repairs, event management, online business services. The common feature is regular demand that surfaces in open communities. If your niche is not on the list – write to us, we will check.
50. Will this actually work?
If there are requests in the chats, then yes – especially if there are many such chats; no – if nobody looks for your service in chats. The number of signals depends directly on the number and the activity of the connected chats. That is why we start with a check of your niche: before payment we show you examples of signals from your exact segment.
51. How many signals will I get?
In live deployments – from 50 to 100 requests a day and more: nanny placement in Germany, Portugal and Cyprus gives from 50 a day across 500 chats; real estate in Spain and cargo delivery from China – from 100 a day. The volume depends on the niche, the geography and the number of active chats, which is why before payment we show examples of signals for your exact market.
52. How can a real estate agent find clients in Telegram chats?
Connect the scanner to the chats of their city: neighbourhood, expat, “rent/sale”. People write “looking for a flat”, “recommend an agent” there dozens of times a day – the scanner forwards these requests the moment they are posted, and you answer first. A live example: a real estate agency in Spain gets from 100 requests a day from Russian-speaking chats.
53. How can an insurance agent get enquiries from chats?
Insurance is something people look for in relocation chats: “I need insurance for a residence permit”, “which insurance works for a visa?” – these are ready-made enquiries. The scanner is tuned to the wordings of your niche (types of insurance, geography) and forwards each one the moment it is posted.
54. How can an immigration lawyer get clients from Telegram?
Expat chats are the main place where people look for lawyers: NIE, residence permits, homologación, taxes. The scanner finds these questions across all the chats at once and forwards them to you – by answering to the point, you become “that lawyer from the chat”, the one people then recommend.
55. How do cargo and logistics companies find clients in Telegram?
Yes, this is a working case: the scanner reads 1,000 specialised chats about delivery from China and forwards every shipping request to the manager – from 100 a day. The same works for moving services, transfers and courier companies.
56. Is this a good fit for beauty professionals and salons?
Yes: “recommend a manicurist”, “who does brows in the centre” – requests like these appear in neighbourhood and women's chats all the time. One new client pays for a month of the subscription through repeat visits, and answering such requests is both appropriate and natural.
57. How do nanny and domestic staff agencies find clients in Telegram?
Yes, and this is a two-sided niche: the scanner finds both requests from families, “we're looking for a nanny”, and messages from nannies looking for work. A working case: a nanny agency in Germany, Portugal and Cyprus gets from 50 requests a day across 500 chats.
58. Is this a good fit for startups?
Yes, it is one of the fastest ways to get your first direct clients: no advertising budget needed, no sales department needed – only a readiness to answer people who are already looking and waiting for your advice. And the scanner also works as market research: you see what is being asked in your niche and in what words.
59. I'm an agent or a sales manager – is this for me?
Yes. The service connects to the agent's account, and the agent handles the requests for their own client (or several). An agent with Intentscanner answers an order of magnitude faster and covers many times more communities than an agent reading chats by hand.
60. What if my competitors sign up and start using Intentscanner too?
A signal is an open message: everyone in the chat sees it, with or without the service. Your advantage is not in secrecy but in speed: you learn about the request within seconds, not when you happen to open the chat. On top of that, your success depends on the number and the quality of the chats, and the chats are your asset alone. Intentscanner is your tool alone.
69. How does a startup find its first clients?
Go where the demand has already been put into words. In open Telegram chats people write “recommend”, “looking for”, “who can take this on” every day – on your topic too. By answering demand signals like these first, a startup gets clients with no advertising budget and without waiting for its marketing to start working. Intentscanner forwards these requests to you the moment they are posted: name your niche – before payment we will show you how many people are looking for your exact service. You can write your first answers on the day you connect.
70. Where do I find clients with no advertising budget?
Where people ask for the service themselves: in open Telegram chats for a city or a topic. Advertising is an auction for attention, while a demand signal is a direct request that you only have to answer. A subscription to Intentscanner costs from 1.4 € a day – less than any advertising campaign, and you only answer people who are already looking. The method suits small businesses, self-employed professionals and startups: setup is manual, the demo comes before payment.
F. Working with signals
61. What should I write back when I get a signal?
Briefly, to the point and in your own name: introduce yourself, answer the question and offer to continue in private if needed. This is not a mailout and not an advert – it is a specialist's answer to a question asked in the community; answers like these are exactly what makes chats useful, and it is why admins add business representatives to them.
62. Should I reply in the chat or in private?
Start where the question was asked: a short useful answer in the chat is visible to everyone and works for your reputation, the details go in private. If the question is a delicate one (budgets, documents) – go straight to private, referring to the message.
63. What's the conversion rate from signal to client?
It depends on you – on the speed and quality of your answer, not on the signal alone. The general rule: the faster the answer, the higher the chance; whoever answers first takes most of these clients. Our job is to deliver the signal the moment it is posted; the selling is already yours. A common technique is a free 15-minute consultation: in it you show that you know your subject, and the sale follows.
64. How much of my time does this take each day?
Answering a single signal takes one or two minutes: the message already says who is looking for what and where. After that it depends on the volume: with dozens of signals a day many people set aside “windows” in the morning and in the evening, or hand it over to an employee or agent.
G. About us and getting started
65. Who is behind Intentscanner?
The service is made by the founder – an engineer with experience in developing AI products, a registered entrepreneur in Spain; the project went through the business incubator programme of CEEI Asturias. The founder sets up each client personally – which is why the service is a personal one and takes on up to 10 new clients a month.
66. How long has the service been running?
The technology has been running in commercial deployments since 2025; as a product under the name Intentscanner the service launched in 2026. Cases with figures are in the “Cases” section on the home page.
67. How do I start and how long will it take?
Write to us about what you do and where you look for clients – city, country or topic. We will show examples of signals and work out the price. The technical connection takes about an hour; in reality the launch usually fits into 1–3 days, including the discussion of the niche, payment and tuning of the dictionaries – and the pace is largely set by you.
68. What do you need from me?
A Telegram account (main, work or an employee's), membership of the chats in your niche (we will help with the list), and a readiness to answer requests quickly, in your own name, and to represent your company where that is appropriate. Everything else – setup, filters, delivery of signals – is our job.
